“watch me.” aims to motivate women to not be intimidated by male presence at the gym.

Why? The gym, to many people, is a place of progress in a stress-free environment, but for many of us, it’s a place where you might not necessarily feel welcomed due to the stereotypes and pressures that have been created by those around you and the media. It’s important to inform the public of these underlying issues that tend  to be pushed to the side when it comes to fitness. Many women are failing to exercise because they are afraid of being judged over their appearance and abilities. This campaign provides knowledge of these issues and a “how” to fix the problems for women.
Primary Target Audience: Women that struggle to go to the gym because of barriers they come across while attending the gym.
Secondary Target Audience: Gym goers that do not understand what it is like to be a women at the gym with a strong male presence.
Goal: To educate all audiences on the perspective of others, and the different experiences they have in the same environment.
